Membership Event Reservation & Cancelation Policy
As a member of Colorado Connection Collective, you receive free access to many of our events. Because our circles are intentionally small and space is limited, we ask all members to reserve a ticket using your member code so we can hold your spot.
This system lets us give priority access to our members while still ensuring that seats remain available for the wider community when possible. When members reserve a spot and don’t attend, it prevents others from being able to participate. To care for the whole community, we’ve created the following reservation and accountability guidelines.
Reservation Requirements
Members must reserve a ticket through our standard ticket purchase page using their membership code.
This makes the ticket free and confirms your attendance.
If you need to cancel, please email us at info@coloradoconnectioncollective.com and do so as early as possible so another person can take your spot.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
We use a tiered fee system to support shared accountability and protect limited seats. These small fees help offset the impact of late cancellations and no-shows.
1. Standard Cancellation (More than 24 hours before the event)
Free
Always try to cancel here if possible.
2. Late Cancellation (Within 24 hours of the event)
$5 late cancellation fee
3. No-Show (Did not attend & did not cancel)
$15 no-show fee
These fees are not meant to be punitive. They simply help us maintain a healthy, sustainable event flow so that members and the public alike have a fair chance at participating.
